1. The standard rental period will default as 4 days starting from the day of rental. Starting from the fifth day of rental, 20% of the total rental fee will be charged per day as an extension fee. ( Note： Less than 24 hours will be counted as 1 day ) ( For example, You pick up the equipment on 1st JAN, you have to return the equipment on or before 4th JAN )
2. When picking up the equipment, the staff will confirm the number of leased equipment with the customer. We recommend that the customer checks on the spot whether the equipment is serviceable and intact. If you have any questions, please contact the staff on the spot. After signing the lease settlement form, the customer agrees that the leased equipment is serviceable and in good condition.

⛺Precaution for booking
1. The standard rental period will default as 4 days starting from the day of rental. Starting from the fifth day of rental, 20% of the total rental fee will be charged per day as an extension fee. 3. Customers need to pay a 200% deposit of the total camping equipment when picking up the equipment (eg, camping equipment set of HKD190, that is, a deposit of HKD380 is required), it is used for offsetting the compensation for damage to the equipment or fine for late rent. If the deposit amount is insufficient, the company will charge additional fees. The deposit will be paid in cash / PayMe /FPS when the equipment is returned.
4. Customers must legally use and keep the equipment in accordance with Hong Kong law. It is strictly forbidden to illegally set up rented equipment on non-government designated legal camping sites; or use equipment for illegal activities. If the equipment is damaged due to any factor during use, the company reserved the right to claim compensation from the customer.
5. Customer must return all equipment according to the packaging and cleaning standards as the instructions given by the staff when you pick up the equipment, otherwise, the company will charge the customer the related cleaning and cleaning fees. If the equipment is damaged due to any factor or the returned equipment cannot be leased again, it will be deemed as damaged and the additional fee will be charged as compensation for the equipment.

Free delivery is available except for outlying islands (or areas requiring restricted area paper) (only where free parking is available), ground delivery only, no door-to-door delivery service
