Terms & Conditions

• A deposit of $500 must be paid by cash upon checking in. 
• Pets are allowed for rooms on the ground floor (only small dogs less than 16 kg are allowed). Pet admission will be charged additionally($200 for 1 dog, $300 for 2 dogs). 
• At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking in. 
• The registrant must be 18-years-old or above. 
• Guests must present ID card for checking in. 
• The standard occupancy is 2 people. No additional bed is allowed. Please specify in advance on single/double bed preference. 

Cancellation Policy

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood for cancel or reschedule reservation.
If customers wish to cancel or reschedule their reservation, please inform us by email to [email protected] .
If any dispute arises, Holimood reserves the final decision. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Level 3

Reschedule booking
2 weeks prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is allowed. Customers can only reschedule date once.
Less than 2 weeks prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is not allowed

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform the front desk of the resort on the day. If we do not received any notice from you and you have not checked in on the day, the reservation for this room will be retained until the check-out time next day.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
