Terms & Conditions

• A deposit of $500 must be paid by cash upon checking in. 
• Guests expecting to arrive later than 6:00 pm or checking out at 8:00 am must inform the owner in advance. No service arrangement will be made after 8:00 pm without prior notice. The payment will not be refunded under such circumstances. 
• Late check-out can be arranged if necessary. However, if the late check-out is not approved by the owner, an additional fee of $200 per hour will be charged two hours after the designated check-out time. 
• If the occupants staying is more than the reported number of occupants upon reservation, additional fee will be charged. 
• The registrant must be 18-years-old or above. 
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor area. Guests breaking such rule will be subjected to a penalty of $250. 
• No candles burning, heating, or ignition of fire allowed in the room and corridor. Guests will be subjected to mandatory eviction without refund upon discovery. 
• The rooms must not be used for commercial or other non-accommodation purposes. 
• Guests must keep quiet after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbance to other guests. 
• Guests will be charged $250 for each loss of door key, and $2000 for each door damaged.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued at 12:00 on the day of arrival, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date within three months, and six months if you are not Hong Kong resident. Rescheduling requirements must be made by e-mail before 1pm on the day of arrival, or the reservation will be canceled without refund.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
