Terms & Conditions

• Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies. 
• A deposit of $500 must be paid in cash upon checking in.
• Registrant must present ID cards while checking-in. ，Registrant  must be 18-year-old or above. 
• The hotel lobby provides free wifi. 
• Children under 12 who share a room with parents will not be charged additionally. A room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12.
• Mountain view/ sea view rooms come with a double bed. Additional beds will require an extra charge. The standard occupancy is 2 people, maximum number of occupancy is 8 people. 
• Pet Accommodation Regulation
  1. Only apply to G/F designated room。
  2. Only cat or dog weighing under 25 kg or two dogs under a combined weight of 25kg are permitted.
  3. Pet(s) will be staying in designated Pet-Friendly Rooms with the owner. These rooms are specially prepared for pet(s), offering a mat, food and water bowls and towels solely for pet-use. “Pets Staying” plate must be hanged outside the door at all time.
  4. Should room clean up is required during your stay, please arrange with our Reception. Pet must be removed from the room during cleaning.
  5. Pet(s) is not allowed in public areas such as lobby, children playroom, function rooms, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and restaurant, except dining at the designed area in terrace.
  6. Keep your pet(s) muzzled and leashed at all times when outside your room on the premises. If the pet(s) is persistently noisy, disruptive or showing aggression towards other guests or hotel staff, the owner will be asked to remove the pet(s) from the premises immediately.
  7. Only guide dog(s) is allowed in all public areas.
  8. Hotel does not assume any liability for pet’s actions while on Hotel grounds. If the pet(s) damages any furniture or if it fouls on the floor, the owner is liable to reimbursement of the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
