  • Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of the reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies.
  • The latest check-in time is 11:59 pm on the day of arrival 
  • The standard guest number will default as 2 ( 3 at Max.), please leave a remark if you need a double bed / two single beds, however, it is subject to availability.
  • Guest must be at least 18 years old to book and bring the ID card with you to check-in for a room.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued before 12 noon of the check-in date, that results in situation of guests not able to reach the hotel by any transportation. Guests may contact the hotel for individual arrangements such as changing the check-in date or canceling .

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
