• The above rates are subject to 10% service charge per room per night.
• Room package is valid until 22 December 2021 inclusive
• 3 days advance reservation is required
• Hotel only accepts guests who are currently living in Hong Kong, and not required to undergo the compulsory quarantine
• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the room reservation and the Club House facilities are confirmed, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your credit card at time of confirmation and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued before 12 noon of the check-in date, that results in situation of guests not able to reach the hotel by any transportation. Guests may contact the hotel for individual arrangements such as changing the check-in date or canceling .

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
