- The lessee must hold a Hong Kong identity card at least 25 years old and a Hong Kong driving license for more than 24 months（the provisional driving period is not included）.
- The insurance premium of the leased vehicle has been included in the rental vehicle cost. If the insurance policy needs to be used for compensation in case of traffic accidents, an additional deductible and administrative fee shall be paid.
Insurance premiums for leased vehicles include：
(1) The legal liability for death or bodily injury to a third party is HK $100 million.
(2) The maximum loss of third-party property is HK $2 million. - All the rental vehicles have been filled with gasoline. The tenant must fill the oil tank when delivering the vehicle.
