Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued before 12 noon of the check-in date, that results in situation of guests not able to reach the hotel by any transportation. Guests may contact the hotel for individual arrangements such as changing the check-in date or canceling .

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
