Terms & Conditions

• All reservation can not be cancelled once the reservation is confirmed.
• 2 Weeks before check-in date : Date change is allowed once for each order. (Room type is not amendable)
• Less than 2 Weeks before check-in date : Date change is not allowed.
• The latest check-in time is 11:59 pm.
• At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking-in. Please note that fail to do so will result in denial of checking-in. Booking will be terminated and payment is non-refundable.
• The registrant must be 18-years-old or above.
• The standard occupancy is 2 people.
• The room is equipped with 2 single beds.

Terms and conditions:

1. Please keep your dog on a leash when leaving the guest room.
2. Only allowed cats or small to medium size dogs under 20 kg, the standard number will default as 1 (2 at MAX.).
3. Please keep the voice down as low as you can.
4. The pets are not allowed to use the cutlery, dishware, towels and furniture, the guest need to bear the cost if there is any damage.
5. Please do not leave your pet alone in the guest room.
6. Please do not take a shower for your pet inside the guest room.
7. All pet-friendly guest room can only allow one large dog or two small to medium dogs.
8. Pets are not allowed to enter the hotel lobby or restaurant area, the guest should use the staircase to enter.
9. If the guest need housekeeping, please contact the front desk in advance, kindly note that the pet should leave the room during the housekeeping. The guest need to pay for the cleaning fee.
10. The booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
11. If the pet is not under control due to surrounding factors (e.g. strangers or noise), in case of disputes on the above offer, the hotel reserves the right to a final decision, and the balance will not be returned.

Cancellation Policy
