Terms & Conditions

• A deposit of $500 must be paid by cash or credit card upon checking in. 
• Guests must present ID card or passport upon checking-in. 
• The hotel lobby provides free wifi. In-room internet access will be charged additionally. 
• Children under 12 who share a room with parents will not be charged additionally. A room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12. 
• Mountain view/ sea view rooms come with a double bed. Additional beds will require an extra charge.
• The standard occupancy is 2 people. The maximum occupancy is 3 people with an additional charge of $200 (bedding and breakfast included). 

Cancellation Policy

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood for cancel or reschedule reservation.
If customers wish to cancel or reschedule their reservation, please inform us by email to [email protected] .
If any dispute arises, Holimood reserves the final decision. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Level 3

Reschedule booking
2 weeks prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is allowed. Customers can only reschedule date once.
Less than 2 weeks prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is not allowed

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform the front desk of the resort on the day. If we do not received any notice from you and you have not checked in on the day, the reservation for this room will be retained until the check-out time next day.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
