Terms & Conditions

• The rent will fluctuate according to the number of occupants. Please make sure of the correct number of occupancy upon confirmation of reservation. 
• All changes to reservation and cancellation process will be carried out in accordance with the cancellation policies and bad weather arrangement of the property once confirmed. Please pay attention to the cancellation policies and bad weather arrangement. 
• Guests are required to pay a deposit of HKD$500 by cash upon arrival. 
• The latest check-in time is 8:00 pm. Guests must inform the property of their boat departing time in advance should they wish to check in after 8:00 pm.   
• Registrants must be 18-years-old or above. 
• Registrants must present their ID card for checking in. 
• At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking-in.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.

Regarding confirmed cases of COVID-19

• Resort do not accept infected persons for acoomodation.
  
  
• Before reservation, customer should consider the risks caused by the epidemic and bear relevant risks before reservation.

• If customer are unfortunately infected before check-in, you can contact holimood customer service team to change check-in person name by transferring the booking to other friends.
  
  Check-in guests are required to undergo a quick test provided by the resort staff to ensure  negative status, diagnosed customer will be refused to check in, and no refund will be arranged for the paid fee.
  
  In order to protect the health of the customers, the rooms will be replaced with disposable mattresses, quilt bags and pillow bags to maintain the hygiene standard and make guests feel more comfortable. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own bath towels. The landlord will also provide large disposable bath towels at an extra charge.（Price：$30 per each
