Terms & Conditions

• All guests staying in the holiday home must use Safe Travel, otherwise they have the right to refuse the stay and will not refund any fees
• Room price will be adjusted according to the number of people checking in. Please make sure to choose the exact number of people that will be checking in.
• A deposit of $200 must be paid by cash upon checking in.
• The latest check-in time is 7:00 pm
• At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking-in. 
• Guest must be at least 16 years old to book and check-in for a room.
• Guests must present ID cards for checking-in.
• Guests must use “LeaveHomeSafe” Mobile App to scan QR code upon arrival.
• There is no cleaning stuff provided, please bring your own toiletries.

Cancellation Policy

Because there are red, blue and green codes for safe travel. n According to the current epidemic prevention regulations of the government, all guests who live in holiday homes must use safe travel. If it is displayed as red code and yellow code, the company will have the right to refuse to stay and will not refund any fees.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel or reschedule reservation.
If customers wish to cancel or reschedule their reservation, please inform us by email to [email protected].
If any dispute arises, Holimood reserves the final decision. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Reschedule booking
1 week prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is allowed. Customers can only reschedule the date once.
Less than 1 week prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is not allowed

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is hoisting at 2 hours before 2:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value within 3 months or cancel the reservation with half of the rental fee refunded. Guests must inform Holimood about the arrangement within 7 days.

b. If the signal is hoisted after 2:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual and non-refundable.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
